Xiaomi Pad Mini combines an 8.8-inch 3K display with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor in a tablet that weighs approximately 326g. This Wi-Fi model has 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage for games, apps and downloaded media. Its compact size makes it easy to carry, while its high-resolution screen gives games, documents and video more room than a typical phone display.

Xiaomi Pad Mini key features

• 8.8-inch 3K display: 3008 × 1880 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio and up to 165Hz refresh in supported apps and games.
• MediaTek Dimensity 9400+: A 3nm processor with Immortalis-G925 graphics for gaming, multitasking and everyday apps.
• 12GB RAM and 512GB storage: LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.1 internal storage for apps, game libraries and offline files.
• 7,500mAh battery: Typical capacity with up to 67W HyperCharge using compatible charging equipment.
• Two USB-C ports: The long-edge port supports DisplayPort 1.4 video output. The short-edge port supports compatible USB accessories such as a mouse or flash drive.
• Front and rear cameras: An 8MP front camera for video calls and a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and up to 4K video at 30fps.

A sharp display in a compact tablet

The 3K display gives small text, game interfaces and photos room for fine detail. A high refresh rate can make scrolling and supported games look smoother, with up to 165Hz available depending on the app or game. The screen also supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision for compatible content. At approximately 6.46mm thick, the tablet fits easily into a small bag for commuting or travel.

512GB for games, apps and offline media

Install your games and keep downloaded shows, documents and other files on the 512GB internal drive. Usable capacity is lower because system files and preinstalled apps occupy some space. The tablet has no microSD slot, so choose the internal capacity you need when buying.

Wi-Fi, USB-C and accessory compatibility

Connect through Wi-Fi or use a compatible phone hotspot while travelling. The Xiaomi Pad Mini has no SIM or eSIM support. It supports Bluetooth 5.4, and Wi-Fi 7 capability depends on regional and network support.

Use the long-edge USB-C port to connect a compatible external display with suitable DisplayPort equipment. USB transfers at up to 5Gbps require a compatible USB 3.2 Gen 1 cable. The Xiaomi Pad Mini also supports the Xiaomi Focus Pen for notes and sketches. The pen is a separate accessory unless explicitly offered as part of a bundle.
