How do I return an item?
Check your return window, prepare your order number and product details, then submit the return request form. Trendex will confirm the next step after reviewing the request.
What is the 14-day factory fault guarantee?
It covers eligible manufacturing defects discovered within 14 days, including hardware malfunctions not disclosed at the time of sale. It does not cover misuse, user error, accidental damage, or normal mobile device behaviour when the device is put under strain.
Do you repair devices or replace parts?
No. Trendex does not offer repairs, replacement screens, batteries, or spare parts for devices. Return support is handled according to the applicable delivery, return, or factory fault process.
Why is there a 3% restocking fee?
The 3% restocking fee applies to non-faulty returns to help cover third-party processing costs.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue qualifies under the relevant fault or DOA process.
